On Sunday, 21 August, the public guided tour at 2:30 pm is cancelled!
The Documentation Centre will be open on German Unity Day, Monday, 3 October 2022 from 10 am - 7 pm.
In order to ensure your safety and ours, we ask you to comply with the following hygiene measures, which are based on the current hygiene regulations of Berlin, throughout the Documentation Centre:
For visiting the Documentation Centre, no proof (daily test, proof of vaccination or convalescence) is required. For your safety and ours, we recommend that you wear an FFP2 mask indoors.
An exception is for the Library & Testimony Archive. Here, a 3G proof (tested/vaccinated/ recovered) is required. Please present the proof to our supervisory staff in the reading room when you visit.
Admission to the Documentation Centre is free. From 31 March 2022, a time slot ticket is no longer required for admission!
Please keep a minimum distance of 1.5 metres from other visitors and museum staff. In some narrow places in the museum, this is indicated separately.
Please wash your hands regularly and thoroughly.
Disinfection stations are located at regular distances in the public area.
Please refrain from visiting the Documentation Centre if you have any cold symptoms or feel ill.

Until further notice we offer free admisstion to our public guided tours.
From spring 2022 onwards, we will be offering public guided tours with translation into German sign language, in plain language and for blind and visually impaired people at 4:30 pm.
